The Centre Recognition process is completed in 3 steps and for centres that meet ATHE requirements the whole process can take as little as 2 weeks.

Step 1. Submit your application
When you are ready to apply you will need to complete the Portal Application Form.
You will then have access to the ATHE Portal where you can submit documents to support your application. You will also receive an email detailing the following steps and a link to the Centre Recognition form. Once the form is submitted you will be invoiced the recognition fee.
Step 2. The health check visit
Your centre will receive a health check visit where ATHE will ensure the centre is able to deliver, assess and verify ATHE qualifications to the required standard.
Visits are usually arranged within 3 days and completed within 10 days.
For international centres the health check will be conducted remotely.
Step 3. Submit documents
The documents can be submitted via the portal or emailed directly to ATHE. Two copies of the centre contract will also need to be sent via post.
For international centres these documents will be collected in step 2.
Once the centre is recognised you will receive an ATHE certificate of recognition, marketing material and access to ATHE resources.
