How do I get a replacement certificate?
Please fill in our online certificate replacement form. If your name is misspelt please send in your original with your details.
Request certificate replacement
How long on average does it take to receive my replacement certificate?
5 working days upon receipt of the certificate replacement form and supporting documentation.
Where will my certificate be sent to?
Certificates are sent directly to your centre, except in the case of replacement certificates which will be sent directly to the address on your replacement form subject to approval from your centre.

As an ATHE learner on a QCF qualification you are eligible to receive a ‘Unique Learner Number’ which is held by ‘The Learner Record Service’ and keeps track of all QCF qualifications you have achieved.
