More Centre Support

ATHE has further improved the  centre support system this month with the introduction of additional developmental visits for centres.

The use of these visits will be dependent on initial centre assessment during the recognition process and may be triggered by the first cohort of registrations.

All of our centres are individually analysed based on previous reports and data gathered, we then develop an individual plan for each centre. This may mean further training, support visits or further support material being produced.

We also have a bank of support material for our centres to use; this includes sample assignments, suggested resources, teaching & learning guidance, qualification specifications and assignment front sheets. These materials should be made available to all centre staff involved in qualification delivery and assessment.

In addition to our support material, we have a team of people in the office and out in the field, appropriately trained and willing to answer any query.

To ensure that your learners have the best chance of success in achieving their qualification it is important that they are registered within 14 days of them starting the course, as required by ATHE procedures. This will ensure the centre receives all the necessary support and guidance throughout the course period.
